Yes, with sport, but also with some natural supplements rich in vitamins and estrogen, just like fenugreek.
The greek hay , whose scientific name is Trigonella foenum-graecum L. , is known for its medicinal properties since 1550 BC. The plant looks like a shrub that can reach 70/80 cm in height, trifoliate (with leaves in groups of three like clover, but with an elongated shape) and white flowers very pleasing to the eye. The fruit is oblong and can measure up to 15 cm. Inside the fruit are the seeds that are collected in August when they reach ripeness.
Fenugreek and breast: just a legend?
The greek hay is a vegetable rich in phytoestrogens , substances that play a similar action to female ormini and can help lead to a breast augmentation similar to that which occurs during the menstrual cycle. Precisely for this reason, in certain countries it is customary to add the seeds of this plant to favor the development of female forms. However, the best effects can be obtained with phytoestrogen supplements, to be taken only after medical consultation.
Returning to fenugreek, it is also customary to use it in case of breastfeeding because it seems that its numerous nutrients favor the production of breast milk as well as being an excellent adjuvant against malnutrition and in case of convalescence.
Natural breast augmentation with fenugreek: how to use it
With this herb it is possible to create decoctions and infusions to be taken throughout the day, taking it in the form of powder or supplement. However, there are some small precautions that you must have every time you decide to take fenugreek. When, for example, you decide to use the seeds, it is good to remember that they are very hard and therefore need a long boiling in order to benefit from all the components.
To make a decoction, infuse 3 coffee spoons of fenugreek seeds in half a liter of still water at room temperature for the whole night. In the morning, put on the stove and bring to a boil for at least 15 minutes over low heat. After this time, filter and put in a bottle. Consume the infusion throughout the day.
Fenugreek powder can also be found on the market . Alternatively, you can grind the seeds yourself with a pepper mill (clean!). The powder should be taken between meals for a maximum of 3 times a day. The amount? We assume that the maximum you can take is 3 teaspoons a day, so move accordingly. The taste is not that delicious, but you can mix it with honey or dissolve it in a little water to help your intake.
Finally, as mentioned at the beginning of the article, to bring a natural breast augmentation it may be useful to take supplements of freco hay or, more generally, of phytoestrogens which, as we have seen, help to make the breasts enlarge. Before taking this type of supplements we remember the importance of first asking the opinion of your doctor as they are not without contraindications.
Massage to firm and plump the breasts
A good way to firm your breasts is to perform a daily self massage. You can use oils, creams or a batter that is obtained by combining a little fenugreek powder (available in herbal medicine) with some sprinkles of damask rose hydrosol (with toning properties), until a "muddy" consistency is obtained and therefore massage on the breasts before showering.
For the massage proceed as follows : after having spread the solution, place your palms on the breast and make slow circulatory movements from top to bottom (the right hand turns counterclockwise and the left hand clockwise. For greater clarity see demonstration photo).
Continue the massage for about 5/10 minutes. To be repeated every day for at least 1 month. To obtain a more plumping effect, repeat for 3 months.
